You can complete this Mission with a Perfect S-Rank and 4/6 Mission Tasks in XXX Minutes, you should do this the first Time when you play this Mission to get a “cure” for the Epidemic on Motherbase! Take DD and Car with you and start the Mission from the South Point, just move to their location and extract them all.
