Best Way to get this Achievement is right at your 2nd Chapter: Lockdown. I made a few Screenshot for every “Map” in this Chapter, within the Location of all the Loot you can get. Guards don’t hold any Loot that count to the “Stole all loot” Goal, same goes for Food and Documents!
