You need to play with three others players Online (not Offline!). Load the Level Casino de Monte Carlo, and pick any Characters.
Now let one Guy grab most of the Coins and let him get the TNT from the Underground Floor. The 2nd Guy should have ~30 Coins too. Now get to the VIP Area and let the Shotgun guy kill a few People, now stack the Skeletons and and if more Guards come, TNT everything… Now start playing at the same time, this maybe sounds wire buts thats right – keep playing a minute and the Chivo should pop for everyone
